Homemade Protein Bars

In my attempt to recreate something similar to RX bars, I decided to make protein bars on my own at home.

Of course, they turned out nowhere near what I had imaged, but they were still pretty damn good. They were totally filling and acted as meal replacements with all of the protein and fibre they were packed with.

I let some of my friends give them a try and they were pretty pleased with my bar/muffin creation. After all, I was the chef behind Skinny Sammy’s muffins in the past ;)

I decided to share the recipe with all of you plus mention I used my fave ground fibre in them from Renew Life. I kinda put this on everything, including in my eggs that already have protein and fat so that my breakfast contains protein, fibre, and fat for a complete meal ;) Just a tip!

Here is what was inside my yummy bars. They’re super easy! I hope you enjoy!
