Fairmont Dallas Hotel
Southern class is far from lacking in Dallas, Texas. Take the Fairmont Dallas as the perfect example. Fairmont Hotels are known for their outstanding service, but this particular hotel has the most welcoming and courteous staff out of almost all of my stays to date.
I was blown away by their service, from the care towards my bags, to the outstanding conciergeβs dinner suggestions, it was such a pleasure being in the welcoming environment that this hotel encompassed. When arriving at the hotel, the staff took the time to greet me, share their suggestions, and some great tips of visiting and unknown neighbourhood.
They prepared an incredible welcome package of chocolates, honey and Texas granola signatures to their city. They also understood that travelers are often limited for time and space. With an on the go schedule, the above and beyond help was incredible in aiding my insane travel time line.
The complimentary morning car service is designer to take guests to their morning meeting within a few miles radios, and with no exception to the rest of the outstanding service at this hotel, even a bit past when demand was allowing. The driver was very educated and informative. I notice this right away with staff and services. I like to talk... a lot. So I chat with people around me when I travel to get information on where I am staying, history and culture.
The hotel is also located next to plenty of great landmarks in Dallas, like the Dallas Museum of Art and Klyde Warren Park, a park that was built on top of a highway to create community space. It happened to be a beautiful weekend so families and groupd of friends gathered where all the food trucks lined up..... to have a bite, hang out, play soccer or just enjoy the January sun.
The option of having Fairmont Fit package delivered to your room is that extra touch that puts Fairmont apart from other hotel brands, and its also a game changer! The Fairmont Fit service offers traveler ease when it comes to staying on top of their work outs. They provide fitness clothing through partnering brand Reebok. To get this service you can sign up to be a Fairmont Presidents Club member and receive it complimentary with all of your stays when you are a Premier or Platinum member. You just let them know your sizing before arriving and they will prepare it for you.
They also offer an outstanding Fitness Brunch that includes an egg white omelet, a smoothie, and fresh fruit. I was thankful that the Fairmont Dallas made staying on top of my fitness regime easy.
