Veggie Packed Nachos

Whether you're watching Sunday football or playing board games...everyone loves nachos. So we’re here to bring you the recipe you didn’t know you needed. A healthy twist on your favourite crunchy cheesy snack.

Type Gluten Free, Dairy-free
Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
2 bags of Classic Kettle Chips
1/2 container of mushrooms (chopped)
handful of halved cherry tomatoes
2-3 kale stalks ( chopped)
1 cup dairy free cheese ( use as much as needed)
1 package of veggie ground “beef”
hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread kettle chips on lined baking sheet.
Top with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, kale and cheese.
Add another layer of chips, more cheese and vegan ground “beef”.
Drizzle with hot sauce and bake for 7-12 minutes(depending on your preference of the melted cheese).
Pull it out of then oven & enjoy warm.

Amazing paired with plant-based salsa, sour cream and guacamole, it’s perfect for dipping!
