Spring Tropical Smoothie

Smoothies have always been a key part of my day. My routine that I often share on social media consists of waking up, hitting the gym and having my morning smoothie. Whether that’s before or after my work out always changes, but the one thing that doesn’t change is my consistency in Taking 10, a term referring to 10 minutes of ME TIME! The importance of taking this time lies in our ability to tune into how we feel, so no matter what time of day that is, finding something you love in your routine that allows you to ground yourself and connect back to YOU is what Taking 10 is all about. You can try Taking 10 too with one of my new favourite smoothie recipes below.

I’m in love with this tropical smoothie I made with SunRype Slim Tropical Mango juice.

As the weather gets warmer, I’ve been craving lighter and fresher smoothies each morning.

This recipe hit the spot with the mix of mango and raspberry flavours.

Trust me, it takes you away to the beach with each sip and I can’t stop drinking it!

Try it for yourself and let me know what you think! You can find the SunRype Slim beverages in the (non-refrigerated) juice aisle at your local grocery store.

SunRype Slim is a great addition to any smoothie you're making, especially if you are looking for ways to sweeten them up with less calories!

With only 10 calories per serving, no sugar, no carbs and no artificial flavouring, colour or aspartame, you know you can celebrate adding in this fruity addition to your morning, each morning. It’s a great way to Take 10 for yourself, relax for a minute and take the day in.
