In honour of the fourth of July, I've been strategizing about what type of healthy and light day cocktails I can consume for the celebration. I'm currently in NYC and since I brought with me my favourite to go packs of Vital Proteins Beauty Water I wanted to share with you all this video of my Mom and I making skinny spritzers together back on Mother's Day. They were bomb!
I'm thinking this will have to be my drink of choice this fourth of July as we celebrate in the heat wave. A great way to stay hydrated, get your collagen consumption up and still join in on all the fun.
