Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

The cooler shorter days make me even more excited for healthy recipes.

What’s most fun is finding ways to incorporate seasonal ingredients into smoothies for the fall. Here is a smoothie bowl I made using @myironvegan’s Sprouted Protein powder! I love that it’s vegan and boasts 17g of raw, plant-based protein in one serving.

Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1

Type Gluten-free, Vegan

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Sprouted Protein Powder (I used Iron Vegan)

  • 1 tbsp oats

  • 1 tsp bee pollen

  • 1 tbsp flax

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • Few dashes if of cinnamon, nutmeg & cayenne

Toppings:

  • cinnamon granola, sprinkled bee pollen, banana slices, and cinnamon!

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in the blender on high.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and be creative with your toppings!

  3. Enjoy!
